Curriculum
Early Learning Matters (ELM)
ELM is a state-approved curriculum through DCDEE. It promotes responsive interaction and flexible experiences that encourage individual children to pursue their own interests and stretch toward new skills.
Each activity supports specific areas of development through play-based experiences that follow the child's lead, recognizing that all areas of development are interrelated.
Most activity plans are one-on-one experiences that help caregivers tune into a child's unique interests and developmental stage.
